Inside Sales - Service Contracts
My client is a global leader in medical device that develops innovative technologies and solutions that specifically target dermatology and plastic surgery. They are seeking to hire an Inside Sales Rep responsible for selling service contracts by ensuring contract renewals, converting warranties and customers. In this role, you will build customer relationships through heavy outbound communication and develop / implement sales strategies in support of business growth.
Role reports to the office 4 days/week (M-Thu).
Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed sales quotas
- Maintain knowledge of products/services within all business segments
- Create and communicate quotes, terms/conditions and renewal documents
- Establish and maintain client relationships
- Manage services contracts; converting warranties and customers
- High volume outbound communication, forecast and report activities
- Expand customer relationships that ensure retention and increase business
- Initiate interactive business conversations with key decision makers
- Consultative sales approach; articulating the value proposition of products and services
- Collaborate with internal depts. responding to requests, ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 2+ years Inside Sales experience preferably solution-based sales
- Experience prospecting, qualifying and closing sales required
- Hunter mentality
- Responsible for sales and achieving revenue goals set by management
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM
- Minimal travel as needed (Travel required to the office in CA once a quarter)
Offering:
- Base Salary $60,000
- Year 1 @ plan up to $130,000
